Located directly on the water in Lanoka Harbor, NJ. Whether arriving by land or sea, utilize our full dock to access the harbor directly and explore all the Jersey Shore has to offer. Or stay in and enjoy the fully furnished, 3,000 sq ft. home and ample outdoor space to soak up the summer sun. The home sleeps 14 adults comfortably; plenty of room for your family or friends.

Entrance to the home is accessible via the front entrance steps, the handicap accessible ramp leading to the wrap around deck, or the walkway leading to the full 1600 sq.ft. patio.

For entertaining friends and family, the patio is equipped with a gas fireplace, natural gas grill, tables, umbrellas, and chairs.

The 200 ft. dock, which features 110 V outlets and 30-amp shore power outlets, provides access to water activities, such as boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, and tubing. The dock is also the perfect place to crab or fish, and the outside stainless-steel sink makes cleaning your catches and preparing a potluck dinner a breeze.

Home has two (2) zone air-conditioning systems, three (3) zone heating systems, security cameras, home alarm system, and a radio intercom with AM & FM capabilities.
Smart TVs available in all first and second floor bedrooms.
Handicap Accessible ramp to outside patio area and wrap-around deck.
Dock with running water on all sides.
Two (2) 30 amp shore power outlets and multiple 110 v outlets.

Fully functional kitchen with dining area and breakfast counter.

Level 2:

Bedroom #1 – Master Bedroom with King bed and adjoining bathroom with tub and shower.
Bedroom #2 – King bed.
Bedroom #3 – 1 full bed and 1 twin bed.
All bedrooms listed above have direct access to second-level deck.
Bedroom # 4 – Queen Bed.

Level 3 Loft Area:

One twin bed and one full bed overlooking bedroom #3.
